The Lower Crossmember Reinforcement Plates are designed to stiffen the factory-style lower crossmember and tie the lower control arm pivot points together as described in the Boss 302 Chassis Modification book. CNC cut from .120” steel.

Install the factory crossmember and place the reinforcement plate so the slot aligns with the LCA camber adjustment slot (insert a 1/2” bolt through the LCA pivot point to ensure alignment). Place the supplied 1/2” spacer between the reinforcement plate and camber eccentric eliminator plates and mark the reinforcement plate’s location on the crossmember or tack weld it in place. Double check fitment prior to welding.
